Cooling-off and inspection window
You may initiate a return within fourteen calendar days of delivery if capsules remain sealed, tamper-evident rings are intact, and batch codes match the packing slip issued by Xlozarinxlyex. Opened units cannot be accepted due to hygiene regulations governing ingestible products.
Cross-border returns remain subject to carrier rules where you live; our issued address is in South Australia and that geography governs the policy text on this page unless mandatory consumer law where you reside says otherwise.

How to start a return
